Dear Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung,

 We were deeply saddened to hear about the death of Mr. Tran Van Thinh. We know how difficult this must be for you and his family. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

 Mr. Tran Van Thinh was such a kind, gentle soul. He would do anything to help someone in need.

 We remember one time when he and J-POWER cooperated to build Ham Thuan, Dami and Dai Ninh hydropower stations in Vietnam.

We know how much you and his family will miss Mr. Tran Van Thinh. We encourage you and your family to draw on your strength and the strength of his family.
