On 15 October 2011, the delegation of E4 Group (Russia) visited and worked with PECC2 during the survey trip in preparation for Ninh Thuan 1 Nuclear Power Plant Project. Resulted from close relationships between PECC2 with Russia and Eastern Europe built through human source training and power source project implementation spanning over last 30 years, the meetings were so warm and confident.
