On 31 October 2011, Electro-Mechanical Enterprise (EME), an affiliate of Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 2 (PECC2), held the Anniversary on its 15 years of establishment. Participants included leaders of Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 2, representatives of partners, local authorities and retired staffs, all employees of Electro-Mechanical Enterprise.

For opening the Anniversary, Mr. Hoang Binh Duong, Vice Director of EME made a presentation on the e
