For nearly 40 years, having implemented over 50 medium to large hydropower projects and tens of other small hydro projects, PECC2 has fulfilled excellently the policy of energy development in the South of Vietnam in general and in hydroelectric in particular.

Starting up from thermal plant projects at Phu My Power Complex in early 90’s, PECC2 is proud of proven track record as one of the leading thermal power consultants in Vietnam.

Transmission and Distribution Engineering Center of PECC2 has been providing services to the power network projects nationwide, being fully compliant with the strict technical and quality control requirements, including the works with advanced technology as breakthroughs in Vietnam network projects.

After over 37 years investigating power projects, PECC2 SURVEY AND CONSTRUCTION BRANCH (PSC) under PECC2 has built up a qualified and seasoned workforce.

Since the establishment, PECC2 has carried out tens of research themes of the state, ministerial and corporation levels, which have been successfully delivered and highly evaluated. The reseaches were mainly orientated to common theoretical issues of the Power Sector and technico–scientific solutions for consultancy quality improvement in all business fields of the Company.

The Digital Capability Center will promote PECC2's digitization, it will contribute to the improvement of our business model, it will optimize our real-estate operations, and it will participate to building a sustainable digital culture within PECC2. With the establishment of the DCC, PECC2 will continue to consolidate and enhance its competitive position on the market based thanks to new digital capabilities. It will also strives to bring a new experience to our clients thanks to the implementation of advanced digitalized products and services.
