Dear Mr. Len and Mr. Hung

I am very sorrow to hear from you about Mr. Thinh has passed away suddenly.I is a great loss for PECC2 and ECIDI also. I was try to participate the funeral of Mr. Thinh, but I am could not travel due to I was made a big operation in Hospital on April 15 to move a tumour in my abdomen. So I send Ms. Liu Suqin and Ms. Nguyen Thu Thuy on behave of me and ECIDI come to HCM today to participate the funeral. I do hope PECC2 and ECIDI will keep and extend our cooperation as Mr. Thinh expecting.
